Chris is a licensed massage therapist, a certified personal trainer and a functional range conditioning mobility specialist. He has spent the last 10 years exploring how movement and mindfulness can help you reach your full potential as a human being. That includes extensive training in many types of manual and massage therapy focusing mostly on the John Barnes approach to myofascial release. Chris’ training also includes movement and training therapies such as FRC(functional range conditioning), TRX training and various martial arts but specifically Tai Chi and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In addition to these trainings Chris has studied many practices of mindfulness and how it can be used to influence our minds and bodies to produce positive changes. He has pooled all of that experience into practical tools that can be used to improve movement efficiency and function, recover from injury, increase performance in sport and other activities and to explore the boundaries of what we feel is possible in our bodies and minds.
